Yes! You heard that right! We’re debuting a new indoor farmers market on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 4:00 PM. Located at 3 Main Street, Wassaic Commons is a stunningly beautiful 12,000 sf barn in the heart of Wassaic. It was built in 1920 and owned by the Luther Family for three generations. Matthew Schnepf and Munawar Ahmed purchased the barn in December 2017 and have been slowly and lovingly restoring it ever since.

$30 for 8x8 stall for four hours
$60 for 8x16 stall for four hours
You can choose specific one-off days throughout the season, or book a larger block of days, or book the full season. If you’re here for all three consecutive days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), then you can simply keep your setup intact from weekend to weekend. Wassaic Commons has strong WiFi, modern security cameras, secure locks, and vendors who look out for each other. Feel free to bring your own personal critter cam for added peace of mind.

For beauty and consistency, each indoor stall comes with a new 72” x 30” table, wood chair, table cloth, flower vase, pine shelving, and power outlet. All 72” x 30” tables must remain aligned at the front end of your stall for visual consistency along this 100-foot stretch of interior barn space. When you book consecutive sessions, you’re able to set up your shop once and forget about the hassle of hauling things in and out for each session.
Wassaic is the last stop on the Metro-North Harlem Blue Line. We expect a lot of foot traffic coming through here, beginning Friday afternoons. Wishing great success to all of the farmers, makers, and small business owners — we want to see you thriving!
